One raft is for eight people including one guide.

Anyone can try rafting safely, even those who have never experienced it before.

This is a fully loaded fun tour with not only rafting, but also various water games in the river, which one can enjoy.

Note2: Note2: Persons without a resident card in Japan are not covered by our domestic travel insurance.
In that case, will not be eligible to take our insurance, so please buy an overseas travel insurance for yourself first.
Insurance mandatory. Those without insurance cannot participate. Insurance certificates to be shown at the time of reservation the tour.

Note: Charges include rafting gear rental (life jacket, helmet, wetsuit, etc.), guide fee, and insurance fee.
Personal effects〇Swimwear
Wetsuit rentals are also available (service charges included)
It helps prevent injuries when tumbling/falling and protects the skin against sunburn.
A rash guard may be worn instead of a wetsuit.

〇 Shoes that you don’t object getting wet, or sports sandals in which heels are secured (rental shoes are available for 300JPY a pair)
Tour Departure Decision Come rain or shine! (No postponement for rain).
However, if the organizer determines that it is difficult to operate the tour safely based on the operating regulations of Honryudou, it may be canceled.
(Example: bad weather enough to issue a warning, water volume exceeding regulation, etc.)
In that case, after consulting with the customer, we will inform the night before or the morning of the specified day.
Further, if the organizer decides to cancel the tour, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation chargesA cancellation fee will be generated one week before the booked tour date.
Please inform us without fail, in case of cancellation.

Regarding safety:In order to safely enjoy our rafting tours, experienced staff operate in accordance with operational regulations approved by the Japan Rafting Association (RAJ). Staff members undergo training and hold qualifications in water rescue and first aid, including Swift Water Rescue Technician certification, provided by the private organization RESCUE3, based in the United States. This certification is part of a global river rescue training system, with over 60,000 participants from 15 countries. Additionally, staff are trained in MEDIC First Aid, a program for emergency medical treatment at the civilian level, which originated in the United States in 1976. Since 2021, we have been appointed as “Water Accident and Disaster Prevention Advisors” by the Yamanashi Prefectural Police, and are responsible for providing practical training in water rescue techniques annually.
